Great British Spring Clean Wayne and Koda Schools Artwork Competition

Not all super heroes wear capes!

Our litter heroes are one man and his dog – Wayne and Koda. This intrepid duo are walking the whole coastline of Britain, picking up litter the entire way.

To celebrate them, and help raise awareness of our Great British Spring Clean, Eco-Schools is running an art competition.

Your mission is to create ‘super hero’ cartoon characters of Wayne and Koda battling the evil genius, Lord Litter who is trying to take over Britain’s coasts and school grounds with his untidiness.

Don’t delay pick up your pens, pencils and paints and let’s battle litter with Wayne and Koda!

The 12 winning cartoons will be picked by Wayne (with a little help from Koda) and transformed into an academic calendar which will be available to buy across the country.

- The competition is open to pupils from Early Years to year six.

- Taking part can be used as evidence for a nursery or primary’s next Eco-Schools award application.

- Don’t forget to include your school name, your contact details, pupils’ names and year group.

- We will only be able to accept one entry per pupil.

- We will not be able to send back your wonderful cartoons, so make sure you make copies to display on your Eco-Board.

- Please send your landscape, A4 cartoons to:
